Developed to meet various safety-significant industry, Snow Peak BIBO bags are structured of a translucent bag mouth 0.2mm(8-mil) thick polyvinyl chloride that allows operators to check progress when filters are changed. Each bag has an elastic cord thread into the bag mouth to fit securely around housing opening. Every bag contains three long gloves and one piece of cinching strap. These gloves and strap facilitate filters change handling easier and provides a convenient used bag removal, so to ensure strictly safe environment for operators. The medium efficiency filter is mainly used to filter 1~5 μm dust particles, as intermediate filtration of central air conditioning and centralized air supply system, to protect the after end filters and the system itself, in places where the air cleanliness requirements are not strict, the air treated by the medium filter can be directly sent to the user. Medium efficiency filters are divided into two types: pocket type and non-pocket type, of which pocket type includes G4, M5, M6, F7, F8, F9, and non-pocket type includes FB (panel medium efficiency filter), FS (separator type medium efficiency filter), FV (combined medium efficiency filter), etc.

High efficiency particulate air filter, or HEPA, can achieve filtration efficiencies of more than 99.97% for 0.1 μm and 0.3 μm. Air can pass through, but fine particles cannot, often in places where there is a high demand for clean air.

The mini-pleated HEPA filter adopts ultra-fine glass fiber or high-performance chemical fiber as media, the spacer is hot melt adhesive, the new polyurethane sealant sealant, the aluminum alloy profile, galvanized steel plate, aluminum plate as frame, each of which has passed strict scanning leak detection test before delivery.

Deep-pleated HEPA use ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper as filter material, with rubber paper, aluminum foil and other materials folded as a separation, new polyurethane sealant sealing, galvanized sheet, stainless steel plate, aluminum alloy profile as the outer frame, each of which will be strictly tested. With polypropylene as the main raw material, meltblown fabric is made by melting, spinning, traction, network forming and other steps, which has the characteristics of low pressure drop, high filtration efficiency, large dust holding capacity and stable performance. It can be used in the fields of air, liquid filter materials, isolation materials, absorption materials, mask materials, thermal insulation materials, oil-absorbing materials and wipes,etc.

Pocket filter media is composed of non-woven fabric, dust-holding fabric, and meltblown media (filter layer). Using ultrasonic welding technology, it has good air impermeability, stable performance, long service life, low pressure loss, economic and environmental protection. Commonly used in general ventilation systems for pocket filter and panel filter materials as intermediate filtration or pre-filtration.

Polyester synthetic fiber material laminated with wire mesh can be used to make pleated filters, application including central air conditioning and ventilation system prefiltration, multi-stage filtration system prefiltration, air ventilation filtration in large public facilities, pre-filter materials for high-efficiency filtration devices, etc.

Adopted fluffy glass fiber material with progressive structure can prevent fast blockage of the filter media surface, better filter and swallow paint, with a fluffy elastic structure, the media remain unchanged even under pressure conditions, so that all the space of the filter material is fully used to collect paint mist and sticky dust. It is mainly used in paint mist emission filtration or industrial oil mist emission filtration in coating systems, and can also be used for general ventilation pre-filtration.
